Our trained champions and dedicated wellbeing rooms provide spaces to pause and recharge, while ergonomic furniture and thoughtful office design support comfort, movement and overall wellbeing.
Safety
Safe and Secure underpins the British Airways values and is something we take seriously at CallBA. Our offices are designed in line with global health and safety standards, with colleagues regularly briefed on procedures.
We provide air-conditioned transport for colleagues and ensure additional security support for those travelling during late and early hours.
